It has been three long years since the  God's Wrath closed its doors. We all had a great time in the teams who have received us thereafter, but the special atmosphere that characterized God’s Wrath multi-cultural team was missed by all. There is nothing like playing with the people you like the most ingame. Therefore, we are delighted to announce our xbox 360 comeback.

A little history :

God's Wrath was created in 2006, at the time of Counter-Strike Xbox (first one). Unprecedented for its time, at least on console, God’s Wrath team was formed as European team. At the time, our members came from France, England, Germany, Finland, etc. so it seemed more appropriate to play under one common flag – European. Chemistry between our members was instantaneous, despite some early misunderstandings caused by the language. The results soon followed, at the European level and globally. In late 2008, the scene of our first generation Xbox was slowly dying. We have decided to migrate to 360, especially on Call of Duty 4. At that time CoD 4 was the closest game to CS. Although not as good, it was the right choice, and one of the most decent substitutes. After a year spent on the Infinity Ward’s game, we had a lack of motivation, we were not satisfied with the game, and everyone was having a fulfilled social life, so we decided to stop.

In the wonderful month of August 2011, Valve announced the arrival of a new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to be released in the first quarter of 2012. We were so excited to play with each other again, that we immediately decided to re open the organization.


We have decided to come back as a multi-gaming team, and we are now open to the recruitment of national rosters. A French Decerto roster will be announced soon.
