The Counter-Strike Global Offensive developers have announced through twitter that the beta launch will take place in the New Year.
The open Beta will take place as a gradual roll-out, and that the stress test was more about testing the servers. With CS:GO currently in closed beta, there are supposedly 10 000 keys in circulation, but most of the holders didn't use it, the average of players on the game at any one time being in the hundreds, however, it is a clear indication that there are enough people playing for the beta to move forward.
It has been three long years since the
